Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 - Scope of application of the general conditions of sale

These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the site www.camping-ardeche-midi.fr. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for themselves and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with current law, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the establishment's headquarters.

Article 2 - Reservation conditions 2.1 Price and payment

The price of stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that tourist tax is not included in the price.
For campsite reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the reservation fees.

For any unreported delay, the rental/location becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit will remain with the campsite management.

2.2 Modification of reservation

No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.

2.3 Cancellation

Any reservation not paid in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be canceled. For any cancellation received more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.

2.4 Withdrawal

The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.

Article 3 - Progress of the stay 3.1 Arrivals and Departures

For rental: arrivals are from 3 p.m., departures are before 10 a.m. any day of the week.
At campsites, arrivals are from 12 p.m., departures are before 12 p.m., any day of the week.

3.2 Caution

A deposit of 200 euros per accommodation will be required on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded to you on the day of your departure, during checkout opening hours, after an inventory. Billing for possible damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.

3.3 Departure

Any return of the key or release of the pitch after 12 p.m. will result in the billing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the planned departure date.

3.4 Animals

Animals are admitted provided they have their vaccination records up to date and are clean and kept on a leash.

3.5 Internal regulations

As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, filed with the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.

Article 4 - Liability

The Campsite declines all responsibility for damage suffered by the camper-caravanner's equipment which is its own fault; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).

Article 5 - Applicable law

These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de grande instance or the commercial court of Aubenas.

Article 6 - Means of payment on site

Payments on the campsite can only be made by check, cash or ANCV (holiday voucher).

Article 7 - Mediation of consumer disputes

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning “the mediation process for consumer disputes”, the customer has the right to use the mediation service offered by Camping Ardèche Midi free of charge. The “consumer law” mediator thus proposed is MEDICYS.

Article 8 - Information technology and freedom

The information you provide to us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered confidential. They will be used only by the internal services of Camping Ardèche Midi, for processing your order and to reinforce and personalize communication and the offer of services reserved for customers of Camping Ardèche Midi according to your interests. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose personal data concerning you. Article 9 - Obligation to provide information on the Bloctel system (art L223-2)

Article 10 - Security and confidentiality on the network

Messages that you send to us via the Internet may be intercepted on the network. Until they reach us, their confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
Please ensure that you do not disclose unnecessary, sensitive or third-party personal or confidential information. In addition, the indication of the origin of electronic messages that we receive may be falsified. Therefore, if you wish to communicate such information to us, you must use postal mail.

Article 11 - Online notice

At the end of your stay we will send you by email one or more questionnaires to collect your opinion. If you have made an online reservation, you will receive one from the company C'toutvert with which we work to manage online reservations.
